James StevensonDirector

James was born and raised in Sale, has lived in the city centre for several years and is now a resident of Chorlton, so knows Manchester very well. Starting his career with a large national agent 14 years ago, James moved on to a smaller independent a few year later, combining the positive aspects of both to establish Stevenson Whyte in 2008. Whilst setting up the company James was also completing a 5 year degree in building surveying meaning that he could combine his love of property with extensive technical knowledge. Now a proud father of two young children, in his free time, when he's not trying to catch up on huge amounts of lost sleep, he likes to try his hand at baking and attempt to tame the garden at home.

Debra ShepherdProperty Manager

Debra was born in Stretford and lived in Urmston for a while but now back in the house she grew up in Stretford, her family home from when she was a child with her 7 siblings. She has worked in the estate agency industry since 2000 with both independent and corporate agents and gained a wealth of knowledge of the residential and lettings business. She is passionate about people and property and her customer service standards are a very important part of her role. She is very much a people person and enjoys socialising with her family and friends along with a flair for interior design, decorating and up-cycling furniture.

Nahim ChoudaryProperty Manager (Sales and Lettings)

Nahim, born in Oldham, always had a strong interest in the arts during his youth, with aspirations of pursuing a university degree in graphic design. However, his plans shifted when he decided to embark on a property management apprenticeship instead. At 18, Nahim entered the property industry with motivation and enthusiasm, qualities he continues to embody to this day. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym and playing chess.

Jennie O'MalleyAssistant Branch Manager

Jennie joined Stevenson Whyte in March 2017 and has thrived in her sales and lettings role ever since. She loves the variety the job presents and enjoys meeting different people on a daily basis, helping them achieve the home of their dreams.

Jennie originally studied Dance at college/university, having been brought up within a performance background Jennie has danced ever since she was five years old, trained predominately in ballet, tap and modern as well as learning new styles throughout further education. Following education she decided to continue her dancing on the side whilst concentrating on developing her sales and property skills. She still loves taking part in shows outside of work as well as exercising, socialising and eating out.

Originally from Italy, Colomba joined our team in 2021 to assist with the ever growing block management portfolio.

Simon StoneSupport Services Manager

Simon initially joined Stevenson Whyte in 2020 after working in the property sector for four years managing both commercial and residential buildings. He recently returned to the company as Senior Property Manager after managing NHS buildings for three years. Outside of work, Simon enjoys going to the gym and running, and is often found listening to podcasts on various topics.

Gail Kenyon Property Management Assistant (block management)

Joined in Sept 2019, Gail has held a steady career with a strong administration background, starting in the Recruitment industry 22 years ago, she then progressed into the Property industry where she has worked and gained a better understanding of this sector for the last 14 years. She loves the challenge and variety of work that the Property business brings. She loves reading and gardening.

William RatcliffeProperty Manager

Will joined the team as an apprentice and quickly learned the ropes and earned a qualification in lettings and management. He enjoys how varied his role can be and exploring new areas of the city whilst out and about. Born in Bury, Will is an avid Liverpool FC fan, partakes in mixed martial arts and also closely follows rugby.

Rae Williams Lettings negotiator

Rae joined the team as an apprentice and enjoys that every day in the office is never the same. She is looking forward to completing her property management qualification. In her spare time, she enjoys going to watch the football, in particular Manchester City and also playing netball.

Kevin HackettHandyman at Sale Moor Village and Castlefield offices

Kevin was born in Manchester and has lived in the area for all of his life. He's has had a very varied career, from nursing to pipe installation, latterly property maintenance, which he's been doing now for nearly 15 years. Kevin has worked for Stevenson Whyte for several years and is our trusted handyman for all occasions. When not fixing leaks and repainting properties he loves walking his Jack Russell dog Molly, who occasionally joins him on his call outs, as well as honing his culinary skills in the kitchen.

Hi, I'm Kaleb, Senior Property Managers at Stevenson Whyte. I've worked within the block management industry for over a decade managing a variety of complex and unique developments. I take pride knowing the work we do provides clarity and support to our leaseholders, and helps to grow communities where resident's thrive.
My spare time is dedicated to my Wife & two children, who help me spend my weekends, walking, shopping and occasionally relaxing.

Michael KingProperty Manager (Block Management)

Michael has many years of experience in Property having worked in Sales, Lettings and in recent years Block Management, managing a large portfolio of buildings. He has also a owned Buy to let portfolio all of which it gives him a strong understanding of the needs of different clients.

In his spare- time he enjoys looking after his grandson, watching and playing sport- including golf (very poorly ! )

Christopher Nuttall Property Manager (Block Management)

Chris was brought up in several areas of Greater Manchester, and other than two years spent in Huddersfield, has lived within the borough his entire life. He spent most of his time in college and university education focusing on, learning about and strengthening his passions in technology, the arts and music. Before joining Stevenson Whyte, Chris was working as a site maintenance operative, interacting with residents and contractors, and becoming familiar with the ins and outs of blocks, both key skills transferred to his current role. Originally starting out as an Assistant Property Manager, Chris has since made the move to become a Property Manager of his own portfolio. Chris loves to make others laugh and can often be found resolving any IT queries of his co-workers or snacking on a pack of strawberry pencils.

Mark DixonProperty Manager (Block Management)

Hi, I'm Mark. Originally from Darwen, I moved to Manchester in 2022 and now live with my girlfriend in Withington. I've worked in lettings for nearly four years and recently transitioned into property management. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking at home and traveling whenever I can. Before entering the property industry, I worked as a bartender in France at a ski resort in the Alps as well as in various bars and venues around Manchester and Liverpool.

Christian McLeodProperty Manager (Block Management)

Christian moved to Manchester from Nottingham in 2022 and discovered his passion for property management while working in lettings. He joined Stevenson Whyte as a Property Manager to grow with a vibrant and supportive team! Outside work, he’s passionate about art and culture—going to art exhibitions— designing clothing pieces, enjoys discovering new music/podcasts, and stays energised at the gym. He’s young enough to embrace new tech but also old enough to recall flipping through an encyclopaedia at primary school! Christian believes creativity and abstract thinking spark happy clients, and he strives to build genuine, trustful relationships for wholehearted service.

Joshua RileyProperty Manager (Block Management)

Josh originally grew up in Wolverhampton, before coming to Manchester to study Sports Management at university. After completing his degree, he got into the hospitality industry, helping manage a pub. Giving good customer service and helping people is something that Josh has done throughout his career. He is looking forward to the challenge of a career in property management. In his free time, he enjoys playing football, socialising, and going to watch Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Harry Chadwick Senior property manager (Block Management)

Originally from Hertfordshire, Harry moved to Manchester to attend the MMU business school as a student in 2015. After graduation he moved around a few different companies in the hospitality sector, before securing a position as general manager for one of the top five highest rated music venues in Manchester. During Covid Harry retrained as a property manager for residential & student housing in South Manchester, before moving into building and projects management. Harry is currently working towards his IRPM level 3 and aims to be a member by the end of next year.

Nicola McMahon Property Manager (Block Management)

Nicola was born in Collyhurst and lives in Middleton. She originally trained & qualified in accounts & finance and has worked in the property sector for approximately 30 years, block management for 11 years. In her free time Nicola loves to travel and explore new places.

Tim Roberts Property Manager (Block Management)

Originally from Rochdale, Tim has been a proud Manchester resident for over 20 years. With 10 years of experience in the service and support Industry, Tim has developed a passion for property management, drawn to its dynamic and varied nature.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys the arts, including theatre, cinema, and TV. He loves art, walks with his four-legged friends and has a special interest in caring for his eight-legged companions. With a wide range of hobbies, Tim’s life is always full of curiosity and adventure.

Sophie PajewskiProperty Manager (Block Management)

Sophie moved from Scotland to Manchester mid-2024 and subsequently joined Stevenson Whyte. In her free time, you will find her at the gym lifting weights, trying new restaurants around Manchester or on a plane to her next weekend city break.

Riley BroderickProperty Manager (Block Management)

Riley began his journey with the team as an apprentice, later progressing to Assistant Property Manager and eventually taking on the role of Property Manager. As a lifelong Manchester resident, he has an in-depth knowledge of the local area and a strong passion for property maintenance and management. Outside of work, if he's not spending time with his cats, then he enjoys discovering new places to eat and drink across the city.

Anita recently joined the team and is an experienced Property Manager with over 9 years in lettings, residential, block and leasehold management. Known for building strong relationships with leaseholders, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day to day operations across small to medium sized developments.

Jenny McCabeProperty Manger (Block Management)

With a rich background in hospitality and business coaching, Jenny has spent the past 20 years immersed in the property industry. Her journey began with the purchase of her first buy-to-let property, marking the start of her career as a landlord. Over the years, her passion for the property expanded to property renovations and ownership of an estate and lettings franchise , where she earned her Level 3 qualification in the Sale of Residential Property, Residential Lettings, and Property Management. Transitioning into block management was a natural step, allowing her to leverage her extensive industry experience. Having lived overseas, Jenny has found her home in Manchester, where she has built her life and family. With her son born in the city, she holds a deep connection to the community while still embracing her love for travel. Outside of work, she cherishes time spent with family and friends, creating lasting memories wherever she goes

After transitioning from a culinary career due to the pandemic, he ended up falling into property management following a stint in sales. When he’s not working, you can find him trialling new recipes, playing pool with friends, or trying his hand at darts. He’s dedicated to always trying something new and delivering a great service.

I began my career in Sales and Recruitment but decided to look into property management as my family own a floor laying company, so I had some slightly adjacent experience in the field due to working with them in the office while I was growing up. Outside of work I enjoy staying active, hanging out with friends and travelling. I really enjoy American Football and used to be a part of my universities American Football team, the UCLAN Rams.
